With over 20 years of HR and operations leadership, Melissa brings a strategic mindset and a track record of driving organizational performance. A former mayor of Utah’s fourth-largest city, Melissa has led complex public-private initiatives and championed workforce development. 

She has guest-lectured at colleges and universities throughout the mountain west including the University of Utah, Stanford, and Oregon State University, sharing insights on public administration, human resources, and operational excellence. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is dedicated to building people-centric, high-impact organizations.


Haeli Harris

LMFT & Clinical Director at Nivati

Haeli Harris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, meditation instructor and the Director of Clinical Operations at Nivati. With more than a decade of clinical experience and over 20 years of work in human development, families and relationships, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations build healthier, more connected lives.

Haeli has extensive experience presenting mental health and wellness workshops, trainings, and keynote sessions for organizations and audiences across the United States. Drawing from her expertise in therapy, mindfulness, movement and leadership, she translates complex psychological concepts into practical, evidence-based strategies that audiences can apply immediately. Through every session, she helps individuals and organizations build resilience, prevent burnout, enhance well-being and create healthier, more connected workplaces.
